✅Get full access to all training facilities, including daily Muay Thai classes (9:00–11:00 AM & 4:00–6:00 PM), X-Fit classes, and a fully equipped 1600 sqm gym. Train as much as you want with no limits.

✅Accelerate your progress with 4x private 1-on-1 coaching sessions per week (Muay Thai or fitness or both). Sessions can be mixed and are designed to improve technique, conditioning, and overall performance. (Sessions must be booked at least 1 day in advance.)

What to Expect
Each day is built around structured, high-intensity training designed to deliver real results.
Sessions include shadow boxing, 3–5 rounds of pad work with a trainer, heavy bag drills, and clinching. You’ll build cardio, strength, endurance, and real Muay Thai technique in every session.
Train twice daily or at your own pace with full access to the gym.

Maximum Fitness runs an active fight program with full-time Muay Thai fighters and athletes preparing for competition. For those ready, monthly fight opportunities are available.
Our coaches guide you through every step—from technique and conditioning to mental preparation and strategy. On fight day, you’ll be fully supported by your team, from warm-up to being cornered ringside.
