Elite Fight Fitness is an online platform that connects customers with independent Muay Thai gyms.

We do not provide training services directly.

2.2 Bookings

By making a booking:

• You confirm all details are accurate

• You agree to the selected package and dates

• You agree to all policies listed on this page

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.3 Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

• Prices may vary depending on gym and package

2.4 Platform Role

Elite Fight Fitness acts solely as an intermediary.

We are not responsible for:

• The delivery or quality of training

• Gym operations or services

• Changes made by partner gyms

2.5 Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from training

• Participation in training is at your own risk

2.6 Gym Responsibility

All services are provided by independent gyms.

Any disputes regarding:

3. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Definitions

• Start Date: First scheduled day of training or camp

• Training Packages: Training only (no accommodation)

• Camp Packages: Training + accommodation

3.2 Training Packages (No Accommodation)

• More than 30 days before Start Date
  → Refund minus 15% fee

• 30 days or less before Start Date
  → Refund minus 25% fee

3.3 Camp Packages (All-Inclusive)

• More than 30 days before Start Date
  → Refund minus 25% fee

• 30 days or less before Start Date
  → Non-refundable (100%)

3.4 No-Shows & Early Departures

• No-shows → no refund

• Late arrival / early departure → no refund

• Unused services are non-refundable

3.5 Rescheduling

Requests must be made at least 7 days before the Start Date.

All rescheduling is:

• Subject to availability

• Subject to gym approval

Elite Fight Fitness cannot guarantee approval.

Additional costs may apply.

If rescheduling is not approved, standard cancellation terms apply.

3.6 Refund Processing

• Processed within 5–10 business days

• Returned to original payment method

• Processing fees may be deducted

3.7 Gym Cancellations

If a gym cannot fulfil a booking:

• We will attempt to find an alternative

• A refund may be issued where appropriate

3.8 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy are at our discretion and may require proof.

3.9 Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)

By completing your booking, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as services relate to specific dates.

By booking through Elite Fight Fitness, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
