  • Khao Lak Muay Thai & Muay Boran is a training camp based in Khao Lak, Phang Nga, Thailand. We cater for students of all levels, from beginner to pro level, and for families and casual enthusiasts.

    Our trainers have years of experience and are expert at adapting to your level. So you can make training as fun or as serious as you wish.

    If you want to lose weight, prepare for your next fight, or just want to give Muay Thai/Muay Boran a try, our fun and friendly gym is the perfect environment.

  • Open everyday 8:00 - 20:00

    Muay Thai classes twice daily - Moday to Saturday.

    Monday to Saturday 8.00 - 10.00 (Technique Focus) & 16.00 - 18.00 (Fitness Focus).

    Saturday 8.00 - 10.00 (Beach Training (December to April, if the weather allows).

    Private coaching available upon request.
